The delivery for the packs of Rhino Oral Jelly Deluxe is free of shipping in all of europe. After payment is received, the package will be shipped within one to three business days.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 User

§ 2 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions between the User and a consumer (according to § 13 of the German Civil Code, a "natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity").

§ 3 Conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text

The provisions of these GTC apply to orders which consumers conclude via the website www.rhino-deluxe.com and www.shop.rhino-deluxe.com of the online store Rhino & Partner.

The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).

The presentation and description of the goods on the website www.rhino-deluxe.com and www.shop.rhino-deluxe.com of the online store Rhino & Partner does not constitute a contract offer.

By ordering a product by clicking on the button "order with costs" at the end of the ordering process, a consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is not concluded until the user sends an order confirmation by e-mail.

The text of the contract is stored when orders are placed. Consumers receive an e-mail with the order data and the applicable GTC. After conclusion of the contract, the order data can no longer be viewed online.

§ 4 Payment

The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the prices shown. Shipping costs are included in the displayed price and will not be additional.

§ 5 Delivery, delivery restrictions

Delivery is made - unless the description of a selected product explicitly states otherwise - within 3 working days.

This period begins in the case of payment via bank transfer or Paypal on the day after the issuance of the payment order to run.

§ 6 Transfer of risk

The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods shall remain with the user until the goods are handed over and shall pass to the consumer upon handover.

§ 7 Retention of title

The user retains ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been received in full.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations apply.

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@rhino-deluxe.com by means of a clear statement via e-mail of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
